Hiking in mid-June, there’s still a lot snow in the Rocky Mountains!

We were a group of extended and assorted Meyers: 4 in my yellow generation, 22 from the next oranges, and 4 from the following reds.

We stayed near Fairplay, and went day-hiking from there. Fairplay is at 10,000 feet, where the air pressure (and also the available oxygen!) is 70% of sea level. It has an excellent open air museum.
