Sunday: Snowbank to Jordan Lake
On Sunday we packed up the canoes. Dale distributed bright pink, camouflage bandanas to the girls and our guide, Mary Ruth. But we all received more restrained green WW bandanas. Molly drove us for ~45 minutes, and waved us off in Snowbank lake.

- Jitterbug lake
So began a day of paddling alternating with portaging between lakes. This turned out to be the day with longest total portages: 310 rods. But the day was cool, overcast, and calm. Perfect for paddling and portaging.
We passed through ~5 lakes–including Jitterbug: full of mucky dark mud–on our way to a campsite on Jordan Lake.
