(with Beth) Kelly Tarlton turned an old oceanside sewage treatment plant into an attractive aquarium.  The penguins are a part of a larger exhibit on Scott’s expedition to Antarctica.  The sharks are in a large tank with plexi-glass ‘gopher tubes’ for the visitors.

This is the tallest peak (dead volcano) in the Auckland area, and within walking distance of Kathy’s office.
